Pay Shortages. Pay shortages shall be paid promptly after receipt and verification of the bargaining unit member's complaint in accordance with Section 21.07.A.4, and no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after verification of a written complaint submitted on forms provided by the State. If not paid within the prescribed period, the penalties set forth in Section 21.07.A.4 shall apply for any verified pay shortage greater than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Shortages of less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid on the next regular payday.
Pay Shortages. Proven pay shortages of $75 or less shall be paid on the next regular payday following notification to the Operations Department. Proven shortages greater than $75 shall be adjusted by Thursday of the week following the payroll. In the event the requested adjustment is not made, the employee shall be entitled to a $50 penalty. Overtime worked on the Friday, Saturday, or Sunday immediately prior to the Friday pay day will not be paid on that day, but will be paid on the next pay day.

Pay Shortages. If an employee incurs a shortage of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or less, the amount will be included in his or her next regular paycheck. If an employee incurs a shortage in excess of one hundred dollars ($100.00), the amount shorted will be paid within three working days upon verification of the shortage.
Pay Shortages. Proven pay shortages of less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be paid with the next regular payroll. Proven pay shortages of greater than two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be paid by Wednesday of the week following the payroll, if proof of the error is presented by the employee in a timely manner to ensure receipt in Payroll by noon on Tuesday. The District will incur a penalty of twenty dollars ($20.00) per day, up to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), if it does not comply with these deadlines.
Pay Shortages. Pay shortages shall be processed after receipt of the employee's proven complaint. Pay shortages shall be paid as soon as possible, but in no event later than the next pay period.
Pay Shortages. In the event an employee, through no fault of his/her own, fails to receive his/her full pay that is due him/her on a regularly scheduled payday, the employee shall be entitled to receive a special check for the amount mistakenly withheld from the employee's paycheck, under the following circumstances:
A. The error equals no less than eight (8) hours' straight-time pay, whether the error is in regular or overtime earnings; and
B. The employee reports the error to his/her agency's payroll office, no later than 10 a.m. on the payday the error occurs. Under those circumstances, a special check in the amount of the error shall be issued by the Payroll Section of the Personnel Division of the Department of Administrative Services, prior to the close of business on that payday. The special check, at the employee's option, may be picked up by the employee at the Payroll Section office in Columbus, or it may be sent by U.S. Mail to the employee at his/her work place.
Pay Shortages. All shortages due to Company error of four (4) hours (straight time) or more will be adjusted by special check on the following workday. Underpayment less than four hours or shortages not previously adjusted will be paid in the succeeding pay period.
Pay Shortages. If an employee feels they has been shorted pay for work done, a written request must be submitted to receive the shorted pay stating why they believes the pay was incorrect. Pay shortages shall be processed after receipt of the employee's proven complaint. Pay shortages shall be paid as soon as possible, but in no event later than the next pay period.
Pay Shortages. The Employer will utilize printed forms for requesting delay and any other miscellaneous pay items, which forms bear a distinct number and which provide for a copy to be retained by the employ- ee. Any pay to an employee resulting from the submission of such form will be clearly itemized and identified on the payroll check or pay sheet by reference to the number on the request form or the trip number involved. Uncontested shortages on paychecks are to be corrected by a sup- plemental paycheck at the local terminal within seventy-two (72) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In the event the Employer does not have a supplemental paycheck within seven- ty-two (72) hours, the pay shortage must be paid immediately in cash or by check at the local terminal and drivers will be paid at their applicable hourly rate for eight (8) hours per day until such payment is received. Employees’ payday shall be no later than the ending of his last weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly pay period except in cases beyond the Employer’s control. In case there is a delay after twenty-four
