Pilot Briefing. The BGA is to ensure that all pilots wishing to use these procedures are adequately briefed, qualified to Silver C with a Cross Country endorsement as a minimum and appropriately equipped to comply with the LOA. The briefing should be given within the 12-month period prior to the pilot’s use of the procedures. Pilots are responsible for ensuring that they have been briefed and have suitable training, qualification and equipment before they make use of the provisions of this LOA.

Pilot Briefing. A.2.1 In particular, the BGA shall ensure that pilots using the provisions of this LoA are suitably trained and equipped to ensure that their navigation performance allows them to remain within the defined airspace detailed in Paragraph 2 of the LoA.

  • Debriefing If a post-award debriefing is given to requesting offerors, the Government shall disclose the following information, if applicable:

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Trainings iv. Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Classroom Teachers b. School counselors

  • Team Teaching Unit members participating in team teaching assignments will receive formula hour credit in proportion to the percentage of in-class involvement. When team-taught class sizes exceed the normal, the formula conditions specified in Section 4.3.3 shall apply.

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent.

  • Apprenticeship Training The enterprise agrees to work with the union to improve apprenticeship training and the number of apprentices in training.
