PIV Cards. The contractor shall be responsible for all PIV Cards or other government identification cards issued to the contractor's employees and shall immediately notify the COTR if any PIV Card(s) cannot be accounted for. The contractor shall notify the COTR immediately whenever any contractor employee no longer has a need for his/her judiciary-issued PIV Card (e.g., employee terminates employment with the contractor, employee's duties no longer require access to judiciary facilities). The COTR will instruct the contractor as to how to return the PIV Card. Upon expiration of this contract, the COTR will instruct the contractor as to how to return all judiciary-issued PIV Cards not previously returned. The contractor shall not return PIV Cards to any person other than the individual(s) named by the COTR.
PIV Cards. (1) HUD will issue a PIV Card to each contractor employee who is to be given access to HUD systems and does not already possess a PIV Card acceptable to HUD (see paragraph (b) of this clause). HUD will not issue the PIV Card until the con- tractor employee has (1) successfully cleared an FBI National Criminal History Finger- print Check, (2) HUD has initiated the back- ground investigation for the contractor em- ployee, and (3) a Security Approval Notice from HUD PSD via PSDContractorIn- xxx@xxx.xxx has been received. Initiation is defined to mean that all background infor- mation required in paragraph (d)(1) of this clause has been delivered to HUD. The em- ployee may not be given access prior to those three events. HUD may issue a PIV Card and grant access pending the comple- tion of the background investigation. HUD will revoke the PIV Card and the employee’s access if the background investigation proc- ess for the employee, including adjudication of the investigation results, has not been completed within 6 months after the issuance of the PIV Card. (2) PIV Cards shall identify individuals as contractor employees. Contractor employees shall display their PIV Cards on their per- sons at all times while working in a HUD fa- cility, and shall present cards for inspection upon request by HUD officials or HUD secu- rity personnel. (3) The Contractor shall be responsible for all PIV Cards issued to the Contractor’s em- ployees and shall immediately notify the COR if any PIV Card(s) cannot be accounted for. The Contractor shall promptly return PIV Cards to HUD as required by the FAR clause at 52.204–9. The Contractor shall no- tify the COR immediately whenever any con- tractor employee no longer has a need for his/her HUD-issued PIV Card (e.g., the em- ployee terminates employment with the Contractor, the employee’s duties no longer require access to HUD systems). The COR will instruct the Contractor as to how to re- turn the PIV Card.   • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

  • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept prepaid Visa cards. The physical card may be used in shops and retail locations where the Cardholder is physically present or for online and other distance purchases. Your Card cannot be used to make cash withdrawals from ATMs and banks. Like any Card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – Cardholders should check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if unsure. The Cardholder will not be able to use the Card to make any purchases from some retailers; such retailers have been blocked by Our systems in order to prevent the potential use of cards for unauthorised or unlawful activity. 2.2 The Card is an electronic money (“e-money”) product, regulated by the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”), Gibraltar. It is a prepaid card not a credit card and is not linked to Your bank account. You must ensure that You have sufficient Available Funds in the Master Wallet for the Cardholder to pay for each purchase or payment using the Card. The Card is intended for use as a means of payment, and funds loaded onto the Card do not constitute a deposit. You will not earn interest on the balance of the Card. The Card will expire on the Expiry Date and will cease to work. Please check clause 8 of this Agreement for further information. 2.3 The electronic money associated with the Card is issued by IDTFS to You. 2.4 When the Cardholder receives the Card, it will be issued in an inactive state. The Cardholder will need to activate it by logging onto Our Website, in Your personal login area (“Online Account Centre”) and then following the login and activation request for the Card prior to use. The Card will normally be ready for use one hour after activation. If the Cardholder does not activate the Card, any transactions that the Cardholder attempts to carry out may be declined.

  • Branding 5.2.1 Except as stated in Section 5.2.2 of this Attachment, in providing Verizon Telecommunications Services to CBB, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to identify the Verizon Telecommunications Services with Verizon’s trade names, trademarks and service marks (“Verizon Marks”), to the same extent that these Services are identified with Verizon’s Marks when they are provided to Verizon’s Customers. Any such identification of Verizon’s Telecommunications Services shall not constitute the grant of a license or other right to CBB to use Verizon’s Marks. 5.2.2 To the extent required by Applicable Law, upon request by CBB and at prices, terms and conditions to be negotiated by CBB and Verizon, Verizon shall provide Verizon Telecommunications Services for resale that are identified by CBB’s trade name, or that are not identified by trade name, trademark or service xxxx. 5.2.3 If Verizon uses a third-party contractor to provide Verizon operator services or Verizon directory assistance, CBB will be responsible for entering into a direct contractual arrangement with the third-party contractor at CBB’s expense (a) to obtain identification of Verizon operator services or Verizon directory assistance purchased by CBB for resale with CBB’s trade name, or (b) to obtain removal of Verizon Marks from Verizon operator services or Verizon directory assistance purchased by CBB for resale.

By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
