Placement Assistance and Employment Counseling. Placement assistance and employment counseling shall be provided employees to include reproducing a reasonable number of resumes at District expense, arranging for letters of recommendation if requested, and counseling by the District’s Human Resources Department staff as to the local and transit industry job market. This phase shall be completed within the ten (10) working day period in Subsection D.7 above.

Placement Assistance and Employment Counseling. If an employee is not successfully placed to continue or begin employment in another District position, placement assistance and employment counseling shall be provided to employees and include reproducing a reasonable number of resumes at the District expense, arranging for letters of recommendation, if requested, and counseling by the District’s Human Resources Department staff as to the local and transit industry job market. This phase shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days following the employee’s termination.
