Placement of Material. Where the programme contains the biography of an Artist, performing a solo, lead or featured performer role, the biographies of all Artists performing solo, lead or featured roles in the production shall also be included. This provision shall also apply to all Artists contracted as Stage Managers, Directors and Choreographers. The NAC shall determine the space available for, and the placement of the Artist’s biography, in the house programme. It is acknowledged that the NAC has the right to limit the length of a biography subject to the limitations of space in the house programme.

Placement of Material. Any derogatory material not shown to an employee within ten (10) work- 2 ing days after receipt or composition shall not be placed in the personnel file or allowed as 3 evidence in any grievance or in any disciplinary action against such employee. 4 5 No evaluation, correspondence, or other material making any reference to any employee's or 6 former employee's competence, character, or manner, shall be kept or placed in the personnel file 7 without the employee's knowledge and exclusive right to attach his/her own written comments. 8 9 The employee shall acknowledge that he/she has read such material by affixing his/her signature 10 and the date on the actual copy to be filed with the understanding that such signature merely 11 signifies that he/she has read the material to be filed. Such signature does not necessarily 12 indicate agreement with its content. 13

  • Quality of Materials and Workmanship The Contractor shall ensure that the Construction, Materials and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Agreement, Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice.
