Placement on the Master’s Schedule. To qualify for placement on the Master’s degree salary schedule, a teacher must earn a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. Staff who receive prior written approval from their immediate supervisor and the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, shall, upon completion of the agreed upon program, receive a $500 stipend from the Board.
