Plan Review Fee. Concurrently with submitting the Preliminary Documents to Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Plan Review Fee for Tenant Coordinator’s and/or other consultants’ review of the Preliminary Documents. The time frame in which Landlord is obligated to approve or disapprove the Preliminary Documents shall not commence until Tenant has paid in full the Plan Review Fee.
Plan Review Fee. Engineering time to review the application materials for compliance with this chapter will be invoiced on a time and material basis.
Plan Review Fee. Lessee shall be responsible for paying the cost of having all site plans and plans for the Improvements to be constructed by the Lessee reviewed by the Airport’s engineer consultant(s), not to exceed the sum of $2,500.00 per review.
Plan Review Fee. The Village may be requested at times to provide Service to an address, Property or tract of land not currently served by the Village. As such, the Village may require the Owner or Developer to submit an application and plans for review by the Village or designated representative of the Village for compliance with this Policy, the Village’s Minimum Design and Construction Standards and Specifications, standard engineering design details and utility specifications, if applicable. This fee is levied to cover the Village’s cost for Plan Review.
Plan Review Fee. The plan review fee shall be a percentage of the building permit fee as established from time to time by resolution of the City Council. The Building Official may require payment of the plan review fee at the time the plans are submitted.
