Examples of Time and Material Basis in a sentence
If the Change in the Work does not solely relate to quantities, then either the Owner or the Contractor may initiate negotiations upwards or downwards for the adjustment of the Contract price in respect of the Change in the Work pursuant to subsection GC 3.13, Claims, Negotiations, Mediation or payment may be made according to the conditions contained in clause GC 8.02.05, Payment on a Time and Material Basis.
Time and Material means costs calculated according to clause GC 8.02.04, Payment on a Time and Material Basis.
The Owner or Construction Manager shall at any time have the right to order extra Work to be performed on (a) Lump Sum Proposal, (b) Unit Prices, or (c) Time and Material Basis.
