Planning Reports. From time to time, ADOT&PF and the Municipality may publish reports, documents etc., upon completion of a portion and/or a phase of a particular planning element in the continuing transportation planning process. In order for the preparation and publishing of such reports to be eligible for participation of Federal funds, the AMATS TAC shall review the report, and four copies of the report in draft form must be submitted to ADOT&PF for review and comment.

Planning Reports. Corporation shall prepare and submit to the City Clerk a Planning Report for each fiscal year for which Assessments are to be levied and collected. The Planning Report shall be prepared in accordance with Section 36650 of the Act and shall contain all items required by said Section.
