Planning Reports. From time to time, ADOT&PF and the Municipality may publish reports, documents etc., upon completion of a portion and/or a phase of a particular planning element in the continuing transportation planning process. In order for the preparation and publishing of such reports to be eligible for participation of Federal funds, the AMATS TAC shall review the report, and four copies of the report in draft form must be submitted to ADOT&PF for review and comment.
Planning Reports. CDA shall prepare a Planning Report as set forth below, which shall include narrative material and quantitative information that:
Planning Reports. Publication. Publication of reports or plans by any party to the Agreement shall give credit to other parties and FHWA. However, if any party or FHWA does not wish to subscribe to the findings or conclusion of the study, the following statement shall be added: “The opinions, findings, and conclusions expressed in the publication are those of the authors and not necessarily those of WYDOT, or the FHWA”.
Planning Reports. Corporation shall prepare and submit to the City Clerk a Planning Report for each fiscal year for which Assessments are to be levied and collected. The Planning Report shall be prepared in accordance with Section 36650 of the Act and shall contain all items required by said Section. The first Planning Report shall be submitted by [Date] and by November 1 of each subsequent fiscal year of District operations for which assessments are to be levied and collected. The District’s “fiscal year” shall be from January 1 to and including December 31. These reports are subject to review, approval and or modification by the City Council.
Planning Reports. NetApp shall provide to Dot Hill, prior to the end of each NetApp fiscal quarter occurring within the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on March 31, 2011, with a non-binding report setting forth a description and quantities of each of the Royalty-Bearing Items that NetApp and NetApp DCMs expect to sell, distribute or otherwise make available to third parties during each NetApp fiscal month in the upcoming NetApp fiscal quarter, together with a calculation of royalties anticipated to become due to Dot Hill under this License Agreement for each of such Royalty-Bearing Items. Dot Hill acknowledges that the planning reports provided to it by NetApp under this License Agreement may contain Confidential Information of NetApp NetApp and Dot Hill Confidential Technology License Agreement *** Confidential Treatment Requested and, therefore, such reports will be subject to the confidentiality provisions in Section 8 of this License Agreement.
