Planning Time for Specialists. Elementary specialists shall have a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours per week of planning time during the student day with planning time to be provided in minimum blocks of thirty minutes. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide for daily planning time of at least thirty minutes.
