The Company is committed to integrity, fairness and reliability and we always do best to prevent gaming- related problems. Limiting purchases made by its customers is one of the Play Responsibly feature of the Company. The Purchase Limits (PL) are set by the customers on their own. Each Customer at A23 has a Daily / Monthly / Cumulative Limits to Add Cash. Customers have the flexibility to increase/decrease their purchase limits in order to control their level of involvement with the game by adhering to KYC process in place i.e. providing additional KYC documents to increase their purchase limits
