Plumbing System. INCLUDED: Breaks and leaks on exposed water, gas, and drain lines within the perimeter of the main dwelling. Authorized Repair Technician will clear all drain and waste line stoppages which can be cleared with 100 feet of sewer cable, EXCEPT the recurrence of stoppage within 15 days of a previous stoppage. Mechanical parts and components of the following: garbage disposal; interior hose bibs; shower and tub valves; toilet tanks, bowls, and toilet mechanisms within the toilet tank; a sump pump assembly located within the home and hard pipe installed.
Plumbing System. The plumbing system is warranted against defective materials and workmanship, except where failure in the system is cause by alteration or improper operation or use by Buyer or Buyer’s agent. Leaky valves and faucets; water hammer; interior drain, waste, vent and water pipes not adequately protected to prevent freezing and bursting during normally anticipated cold weather; leaks in any waste, vent or water piping; sanitary sewer lines, fixtures, and waste or drain lines that do not operate or drain properly due to improper construction; and defects in any service connections to the municipal water main or private water supply are covered by the Limited Warranty.
Plumbing System. An inspection of the plumbing system includes visible water supply lines; visible waste/soil and vent lines; fixtures and faucets; domestic hot water system and fuel source.
Plumbing System. COVERED: All Interior Plumbing including Angle Stops, Risers, Waste Vents, P-Traps Assemblies, and Interior Hose Bibs. NOT COVERED: Fixtures or stoppages, all piping and plumbing outside of the perimeter of the foundation or below the foundation of the home, well pumps, bath tubs, gas lines, caulking or grouting, toilets and toilet parts, holding and pressure tanks, jet pumps, laundry tubs, lawn sprinkler systems, pressure regulating devices, conditions of excessive or insufficient water pressure, exterior hose bibs, or water supply lines to the refrigerator. We are not responsible for any repair work which must be executed to access interior lines or pipes.
Plumbing System. The water and wash closets and other plumbing fixtures shall not be used for any purposes other than those for which they were constructed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags, garbage, food products or other substances shall be thrown therein. All damages resulting from any misuse of the fixtures by Tenant shall be borne by Tenant to the extent that Tenant or Tenant’s agents, servants, employees, contractors, visitors, or licensees shall have caused the same.

B) Adequate water pressure;
C) Accessible wet stack for connections to Tenant’s plumbing requirements.
Plumbing System. A) Drinking fountain: minimum one per floor and handicap accessible;
B) Wet columns with stub outs on each wing and within the east structural tube for Tenant’s use.
Plumbing System. All pipes, supply and waste, and their fittings, including septic tanks and their pipe drain fields, on-site xxxxx as well as gas supply lines and vent pipes.
Plumbing System. The Landlord shall provide, as part of the Phase 1 Shell Improvements, “wet stacks” to service Building common area restrooms. A “wet stack” shall consist of 4” sanitary waste, 3” sanitary vent and 1-1/2” potable cold water. Connections to be capped (with valving on potable cold water line) above the mean ceiling elevation of each floor of the Tenant occupied area.
