Policies & Guidelines. 8.1 The AWM's policies, guidelines and procedures, including the Business Management Performance Feedback Scheme (BMPFS), do not form part of this Agreement. The clauses relating to dispute avoidance and settlement set out in Part G of this Agreement are not to be applied to policies, guidelines or procedures referred to in this Agreement.

Policies & Guidelines. Except as modified or restricted by this Agreement, policies which are applicable to similarly situated staff employees of the NBCUniversal News Group and MSNBC LLC. shall be applicable to employees covered by this Agreement, including but not limited to the Comcast Code of Conduct, NBCUniversal Employee Handbook, NBCUniversal Conflicts of Interest Policy, NBCUniversal News Policies and Guidelines. Changes made to such policies during the term of this Agreement which apply to employees of the NBCUniversal News Group and/or MSNBC LLC., as applicable, shall automatically apply to employees covered by this Agreement to the same extent as similarly situated MSNBC LLC. staff employees. It is further agreed that the WGAE specifically waives any right to bargain over changes to any of the policies and/or guidelines applicable to employees covered by this Agreement under this Article.

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites.

  • Policies and Practices The employment relationship between the Parties shall be governed by this Agreement and the policies and practices established by the Company and the Board of Directors (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”). The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that BNYMCM’s Affiliates may, subject to compliance with Regulation M under the Exchange Act and Section 5 of the Securities Act, if applicable, make markets in the Common Stock or other securities of the Company, in connection with which they may buy and sell, as agent or principal, for long or short account, shares of Common Stock or other securities of the Company, at the same time BNYMCM is acting as agent pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Underwriting Guidelines A true and correct copy of the Underwriting Guidelines certified by an officer of the Seller.
