PORTABILITY OF BENEFITS. 14.01 A Resident who is on an educational rotation approved by the Program Director shall be entitled to portability of benefits specified below among Employers in which RDBC is certified as bargaining agent, or any other Employer mutually agreed upon by the parties to this Agreement.
