Computer and Internet Access. Employees shall have access to multi-user computers provided it does not interfere with the performance of their duties. It is understood that the Employer is not required to purchase additional computer terminals in order to provide access.
Computer and Internet Access. This Agreement is between the State of Oregon, acting through its Department of Administrative Services (Employer) and the SEIU Local 503, OPEU (Union). Employees who do not have regular access to a computer with internet access during the course of their normal duties shall work with their manager to ensure they have time during their regularly scheduled shift, other than rest periods, to access a computer with internet access in order to review their state email and other relevant software systems. Access to email may not be available when an employee’s entire workday is spent off site. This computer and internet time will not be considered to cover required training. Computer and Internet Access. Employees will have authorization of utilizing computers and Internet access within the district and agree to comply with the most current computer/Internet access use agreement as adopted by the Board.

Upon termination of employment, the laptop will be returned to the College and the College will cease to pay for such high-speed internet access.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.
