Position Moving. If a bargaining unit position is eliminated or is moved from one 4 business area/unit to another business area/unit, the employee who held that position can move with 5 the position, move into another vacant position within his/her classification, or bump a less senior 6 employee in the classification. The LMC may develop and modify when necessary a process for 7 administering this provision.

  • Position During the Term, the Employee shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and in such other capacities as shall be designated by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and agreed to by the Employee from time to time.

  • Position Review ‌ The Employer may initiate a position review for a position it believes is improperly classified, and will inform the Union in writing when it has initiated a reallocation process for a bargaining unit position. An individual employee who believes that their position is improperly classified may request a review according to the following procedure:

  • Position Vacancies When a new position is created or a vacancy occurs in any existing position, the Employer shall forthwith prepare and furnish the Federation and post in places as agreed upon by the Employer and the Federation, a bulletin stating among other things: Location and title of position to be filled; a listing of the principal duties of the position; minimum qualifications; assigned hours of service; assigned days of rest; salary range of the position; whether the position is permanent or temporary; if temporary, how long it is probable the position will continue; the starting date of the assignment; last date when applications will be received and accepted; and with whom the applications shall be filed.

  • Position Descriptions Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.

  • Position Description The employee shall be responsible for drafting his/her position description form and shall forward it to his/her supervisor for approval. When the employee and the supervisor disagree on the job description, they shall meet promptly and attempt to reach an agreement on the employee’s job duties. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the supervisor will finalize the job description in accordance with the supervisor’s understanding and expectations of the position. The employee may submit his or her comments for the classification analyst to consider when reviewing the position description.

  • POSITION OF THE PARTIES 4.1 This Agreement is an integrated package that reflects a balancing of interests critical to the Parties. The Parties agree that their entry into this Agreement is without prejudice to and does not waive any positions they may have taken previously, or may take in the future, in any legislative, regulatory, judicial or other public forum addressing any matters, including matters related to the same types of arrangements and/or matters related to CenturyLink’s rates and cost recovery that may be covered in this Agreement.   • Position Purpose To provide cleaning, packaging and sterilisation of reusable critical and semi-critical medical equipment within the central sterilising and supply department for both internal and external users. Department / Unit Specific Overview EGHS’ Perioperative department offers a wide range services to meet the needs of the local community and the surrounding region. The perioperative services include two operating theatres, day procedure unit – 6 bays, central sterile supply department, recovery room – 4 bays and a renal dialysis suite – 7 chairs. We offer a range of surgical procedures performed by our resident and visiting surgeons, these include; general surgery, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, urology, dental, Ear nose and throat, caesarean section and certain emergency surgeries.
