Position Protection. Subject to 15.06 and 24.02, upon return to work following maternity leave, an employee shall return to her previous position subject to operational requirements. Employees who were in rotational positions upon commencing maternity leave will continue to have their name listed on the rotational positions and will be placed in the appropriate rotation positions upon return to work.
