Positive Space Travel. Positive space travel is permitted as follows: the Executive will receive an annual credit of $10,000 in the Executive’s Universal Air Travel Plan (“UATP”) account for personal travel on Company scheduled flights for the Executive and certain Qualifying Friends and Family (as defined below). Any increases to the annual credit of other executives of the same rank shall apply equally to the Executive. Each flown segment is valued at $75, and deducted from the UATP account. The value of this benefit is reported as taxable income with taxes on such income paid for by the Company.
Positive Space Travel. In recognition of Executive’s service in a senior management role for the Company for many years, the following benefit is provided. During the term of his employment with the Company and for a period of five (5) years thereafter, Executive shall be entitled to passes for air travel on the flights of the Company (and any successor-in-interest to the Company) for Executive, his wife and children (up to age 21) on a positive space basis at no cost to Executive.
Positive Space Travel. In recognition of Executive’s service in a senior management role for the Company for many years, the following benefit is provided. During the term of his employment with the Company and for a period of five (5) years thereafter, Executive shall be entitled to passes for air travel on the flights of the Company (and any successor-in-interest to the Company) for Executive, his wife and children (up to age 21) on a positive space basis at no cost to Executive. (4) Expense Reimbursement. In addition, the Company shall reimburse Executive for any expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the business of the Company, as approved by the Company. These expenses may include expenses for travel, business promotion, association memberships, and any other expenses as may be approved by the Supervising Officer from time to time. The Company shall reimburse Executive for such out-of-pocket expenses by the tenth (10th) day of the month following the month in which such expenses were incurred (and appropriate documentation thereof has been provided to the Company). The Company may issue to Executive a company credit card. In such event, Executive agrees to use such card only for the expenses reimbursable under this paragraph. Executive agrees to keep the card securely. In the event of loss or theft, the issuing authority and the Company shall be informed immediately. The card shall be returned to the Company forthwith on the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason whatsoever. (5)
Positive Space Travel. Executive shall be entitled to passes for air travel on the flights of the Company (and any successor-in-interest to the Company) for Executive and his spouse on a positive space basis at no cost to Executive.
Positive Space Travel. In recognition of Employee’s service in a senior management role for the Company since the initiation of the Company’s current business plan, the following benefit is provided. Until such time as Employee’s youngest child has attained age twenty-one (21), Employee shall be entitled to passes for air travel on the flights of the Company (and any successor-in-interest to the Company) for Employee, one guest and children (up to age 21) on a positive space basis at no cost to Employee.
Positive Space Travel. In recognition of Executive’s service in a management role for the Company, the following benefit is provided. During the term of his employment with the Company, Executive shall be entitled to passes for air travel on the flights of Allegiant (and any successor-in-interest to Allegiant) for Executive on a positive space basis at no cost to Executive.
Positive Space Travel. In recognition of Wilson’s serxxxx xx a senior management role for the Company for many years, the following benefit is provided. For a period of five (5) years after the Retirement Date, Wilson shall xx xxtitled to passes for air travel on the flights of the Company (and any successor-in-interest to the Company) for Executive and his wife on a positive space basis at no cost to Wilson. Therxxxxxx, Wilson and hxx xxxuse (if any) shall be entitled to retiree flight benefits for his life on Company flights on a non-rev basis in accordance with the terms that may be offered to other retirees from time to time.
Positive Space Travel. In recognition of DeAngelo’s sxxxxxx xx a senior management role for the Company for many years, the following benefit is provided. For a period of five (5) years after the Resignation Date, DeAngelo shaxx xx xxtitled to passes for air travel on the flights of the Company (and any successor-in-interest to the Company) for DeAngelo and xxx xxxuse (if any) on a positive space basis at no cost to DeAngelo. Thxxxxxxxx, DeAngelo and xxx xxxuse (if any) shall be entitled to retiree flight benefits for his life on Company flights on a non-rev basis in accordance with the terms that may be offered to other retirees from time to time.
