Personal Travel. Personal travel combined with business trips are allowed when approved in advance. Personal travel must be taken on one’s own time and at no expense to the Aviation Authority. Any additional expense over the ticketed cost as determined by this policy for the business portion of the trip is the responsibility of the traveler. Personal airfare must be reimbursed to the Aviation Authority in advance of the travel, if known. Unless Travel Services estimates that funds advanced will be greater than expenses to be reimbursed to the Authorized Traveler, an Authorized Traveler who alters travel plans for personal reasons should pay any additional cost of transportation directly to the Aviation Authority at the time of purchase or if paid directly to the provider, the employee will not charge such additional cost to the Aviation Authority nor request reimbursement of such additional cost.
Personal Travel. In addition to shipment of effects, ultimate removal also covers the travel expenses of the employee and his/her dependants, as follows: - travel by commercial carrier to “eligible destination”. - accommodation and meal costs (at rates specified in the Duty Travel Article) only at points between community of residence and point of departure and only when stopovers are a result of airline schedules. - for travel by means other than air, the equivalent of economy airfare; no additional travel expenses for stopovers will be paid.

Personal Travel. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses actually incurred by Executive for weekly travel from New York to the Tampa, Florida metropolitan area, which reimbursement shall be for ground transportation or parking, and coach airfare; provided that such expenses shall be reimbursable only to the extent Executive properly accounts for them in accordance with Company policy.
Personal Travel. The Company shall provide Executive with first-class air travel between Bermuda and the United States for the personal purposes of Executive and members of his immediate family, up to a maximum of 40 visits by Executive and 12 visits for his family during each year of employment.
Personal Travel. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for reasonable and documented actual expenses the Employee incurs from time to time related to his and his spouse's personal travel up to a maximum of $15,000 per year.
Personal Travel. The Company will reimburse you for up to $10,000 of reasonable travel expenses for you and your family between the Effective Date and June 30, 2014. In the event all or any part of said travel expenses are deemed compensation, you will receive an adjustment to tax-effect said travel expenses.

Personal Travel. Cargojet will arrange economy air travel for the FCM, spouse and eligible dependents to the new base concurrent with the household move. In the event that a personal vehicle is driven to the new base city, Cargojet will pay standard mileage as per Cargojet policy, with the distance as determined by the company, in place of providing air travel. In addition, if required, Cargojet will arrange one economy round trip for the FCM and a spouse prior to the move to allow for the acquisition of a residence in the new base city.
Personal Travel. During the term of this Agreement, the --------------- Company will provide to Xx. Xxxxxx weekly round trip air travel, coach class, between Denver, Colorado and Las Vegas, Nevada, such travel to occur during non- working hours, and will reimburse Xx. Xxxxxx for the cost of airport parking in connection with such trips.
