Possession and Surrender. Tenant shall be entitled to possession of the Premises on the first day of the Lease Term, and Tenant shall not be obliged to accept possession of the Premises prior to the first day of the Lease Term. At the expiration of the Lease Term, Tenant shall peaceably surrender the Premises to Landlord or Landlord’s agent in good condition, as it was at the commencement of the Lease, subject to ordinary wear and tear.
Possession and Surrender. At the termination of this Agreement, Tenant shall immediately surrender the Property to Landlord in the same condition as at the start of the Agreement, reasonable wear and tear elements accepted. Tenant shall return a complete set of keys, including any postal, amenity access cards, or garage door remote controls provided during the term of this Agreement to Landlord and provide in writing, Tenant's forwarding address. If any of Tenant's possessions remain in the Property after the expiration or termination of this Agreement without Landlord's written permission, Landlord may recover possession of the Property in the manner provided for by law and impose additional rent and damages charges, which may include damages due to Landlord's loss of prospective new tenants.
Possession and Surrender. 7.1 Tenant shall by entering upon and occupying the Premises, be deemed to have accepted the Premises "as is".
7.2 Upon the expiration or termination of the Term of this Lease, if Tenant has fully and faithfully performed all of the terms, conditions and covenants of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, remove all personal property and trade fixtures which Tenant has installed or placed in or on the Premises (all of which are hereinafter referred to as "Tenant's Property") from the Premises and repair all damage thereto resulting from such removal; and Tenant shall thereupon surrender the Premises in the same condition as on the date when the Premises was ready for occupancy, reasonable wear and tear excepted. If Tenant has not fully and faithfully performed all of the terms, conditions and covenants of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall nevertheless remove Tenant's Property from the Premises in the manner aforesaid within five (5) days after receipt of written direction to do so from Landlord. In the event Tenant shall fail to remove any of Tenant's Property as provided herein, Landlord may, but is not obligated to, at Tenant's expense, remove all of such Tenant's Property not so removed and repair all damage to the Premises resulting from such removal, and Landlord shall have no responsibility to Tenant for any loss or damage to Tenant's Property caused by or resulting from such removal or otherwise. If the Premises is not surrendered at the end of the Term, Tenant shall indemnify Landlord against all loss or liability resulting from delay by Tenant in so surrendering the Premises including, without limitation, any claims made by any succeeding tenant due to such delay.

The Premises must be returned in the same condition as at the start of this Agreement, with the exception of reasonable wear and tear. The Tenant will return a complete set of keys to the Landlord, and provide a future contact address, if one has not been provided herein. If the Tenant fails to surrender the Premises after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Landlord may recover possession of the Premises in any legally allowable manner.

Lessee shall take possession of the Premises, in the condition in which they are at the beginning of the term, shall not permit the Premises to be vacant during the term, and at the end of the term shall deliver all keys to Lessor and leave the Premises broom clean and in as good condition as received and/or thereafter improved by Lessor, except for reasonable wear and tear, or damage arising from causes covered under standard policies of fire and extended coverage insurance. Lessee shall be obligated to remove any alterations or improvements to the Leased Premises done by Lessee upon the written request of the Lessor and Lessee shall repair any damage caused by such renewal. Any merchandise, material or waste left in the Premises or adjacent interior or exterior areas by Lessee after the end of the term may be summarily removed by Lessor without notice to Lessee, and Lessee agrees to reimburse Lessor for the cost of such removal.

Subtenant shall be entitled to possession of the Premises on the first day of the Sublease Term, and Subtenant shall not be obliged to accept possession of the Premises prior to the first day of the Sublease Term. At the expiration of the Sublease, Subtenant shall peaceably surrender the Premises to Sublessor or Sublessor’s agent in good condition, as it was at the commencement of the Sublease, subject to ordinary wear and tear.

Lessee shall take possession of the premises in the condition in which it exists at the beginning of the lease term, shall not permit it to be vacant during the term, and at the end of the term shall deliver all keys to Lessor and leave the premises broom clean and in as good condition as received, except for reasonable wear and tear. Any materials or waste left in the premises or the stock rooms by Lessee after the end of the term may be summarily removed by Lessor without notice to Lessee, and Lessee agrees to reimburse Lessor for the cost of such removal.
Possession and Surrender. City shall be entitled to take possession of the Real Property and Personal Property upon Closing and thereupon shall be deemed to have accepted said property. City accepts the same in its present condition and state of repair and County shall have no further maintenance or other obligations or duties toward the same except as may be expressly stated herein.
