Within five (5) days after the effective date of the contract, a conference attended by the Contractor, Project Manager, other personnel as required and others as appropriate will be held to discuss topics that may include, but not limited to the following: • Service Request ordering procedures • Scheduling of services • Contact lists and phone numbers • Processing of invoices, • Equipment to be used • Adherence to safety requirements • Establish a working understand among the parties as to the Service
