Post-Construction Stormwater Management. DEVELOPER, its successors, and assigns shall be responsible for detention facility and Water Quality and Quantity Control construction and maintenance in compliance with the Post Construction Stormwater Management requirements of CITY. CITY shall not have any responsibility for maintenance or repair of any such facility located within the Development Area.

Post-Construction Stormwater Management. CITY and DEVELOPER acknowledge that each individual lot owner shall be responsible for detention facility construction and maintenance on an individual lot basis in compliance with the Post Construction Storm Water Management requirements of Sarpy County and CITY. CITY shall not have any responsibility for maintenance or repair of any such facility located within, or associated with, the Development Area.
Post-Construction Stormwater Management a. The County will Administer and Enforce the provisions of the most current version of the Washington County Stormwater Management, Grading, and Erosion Control Ordinance. The County will continue to maintain and update the Urban Best Management Practice (“BMP”) database. The County will provide database for those BMPs with in the Town corporate limits. The County will perform triennial inspections within the county and will track number of violations and status of enforcement.
Post-Construction Stormwater Management. The ENGINEER will continue to assist the OWNER in implementing the recommendations included in the OWNER’s Street Design and Parking Lots and Green Infrastructure Reports, which were developed in Permit Year 4. As many as 60 hours has been allocated to this task to assist with drafting language for the regulatory updates and attending meetings with the OWNER’s Planning Board, Zoning Board and Conservation Commission, including participation in Town Meeting, to discuss the recommended regulatory updates and potential modifications to the OWNER’s existing Zoning Bylaw, Rules & Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land, and Stormwater Management Rules & Regulations.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Nineteen Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars and Seventy-Four Cents ($19,275.74). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.
