Post-Observation Communication. Following each observation or series of observations, the evaluator will document and share the results of the observation in writing. A meeting will be scheduled within three (3) days to review the observation report. If there is an area of concern, the evaluator will identify specific concerns for the applicable criteria and provide possible solutions in writing to remedy the concern. Each classroom teacher will have the opportunity to submit evidence to support his/her performance at any time during the observation process.
