Posting Job Openings. The City shall post all new and vacant bargaining unit positions on the employee notice bulletin board at least ten (10) days before the application deadline for the position. If there is no application deadline for the position, the City shall not fill the new or vacant position for at least five (5) days from the time of posting. The posting shall consist of the general job description, the posting date and time, and closing dates. The City shall send copies of posted vacancies to the Union.
