PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. (Applies to SB1, SC1, SD1 and SI1 as designated by subsection)
14.1 Personnel File (Applies to SB1, SC1, SD1 and SI1 as designated) The official personnel file of the member is the file that is maintained at Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM). It is agreed that unit members will be given a copy of entries of a derogatory nature when they are placed in their official personnel files. Derogatory entries in a SB1, SC1, or SD1 unit member’s official personnel file are evaluated in terms of the seriousness of the action(s) or incident(s) described and the proximity and repetitiveness of such action(s) or incident(s) for use I disciplinary proceedings. Entries describing action(s) or incident(s), which are of minor significance and/or that are not recent and/or that have not been repetitive, will receive more limited consideration in disciplinary proceedings. Materials relating to formal notices of counseling or written reprimand(s) in the employee’s personnel file which have been in the file for three (3) years or more shall not be relied upon, unless the actions are related to gross misconduct. At the request of the employee, materials relating to formal notices of counseling or reprimands which are three (3) or more years old shall be removed provided there has been no disciplinary action for the same three (3) year period and the employee has maintained a fully effective performance evaluation. Performance evaluations are excluded from this provision. No action to impose discipline against an employee shall be initiated more than ninety (90) days from the date of the conclusion of a timely formal investigation except for conduct which would constitute the commission of a crime. Initiation of discipline for the purposes of this provision is the date of the charging letter or notice. The discipline imposed may take into account conduct which is documented in the employee’s personnel file or was the subject of a prior disciplinary action. Entries of a derogatory nature to be used in any disciplinary proceeding against a SB1, SC1, or SD1 unit member shall include only materials of that the unit member has received a copy of, and were previously placed in the unit member’s official personnel file, or which will be placed currently in the unit member’s official personnel file in connection with current action(s) or incident(s) resulting in disciplinary proceedings.

PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. All personnel of the Office of Emergency Management (Civil Defense) including the Director shall be subject to the Emergency Management (Civil Defense) Council. The power to make personnel decisions is vested in the Emergency Management (Civil Defense) Council. The Chief Administrative Officer shall have the power and the responsibility of monitoring compliance with personnel rules and regulations, adopted by the Emergency Management Council, and reporting to the Emergency Management (Civil Defense) Council any violation.
PERSONNEL PROVISIONS f the
9.1 In relation to Customer P rsonnel who are assigned by the Customer to carry out activities pursuant to Schedule 5 (Surveys) and/or Schedule 7 (Installation of Customer Apparatus) and/or Schedule 9 (Licence), the Customer shall ensure that:
9.1.1 the Customer Personnel are accredited, trained and qualified to perform work in accordance with this Agreement including accreditation requirements under Schedule 3;
9.1.2 if BT determines that the continued assignment of any Customer Personnel is not in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, it immediately removes any member(s) of the Customer Personnel from any Site or any Facility, provided that BT has first given written notice to the Customer requesting the removal or replacement of the identified member(s) of the Customer Personnel.
9.2 The Customer shall ensure that Customer Personnel comply with any BT policies and codes of conduct relating to access, security, safety and works regulations and identification as notified to the Customer from time to time which BT may reasonably require when they attend Sites or Facilities.
9.3 The Customer shall (and shall ensure that the Customer Personnel shall) access only those parts of the Access Network which are strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying work in accordance with this Agreement. The Customer shall not access those parts of the BT Network which are shown as being Sensitive Areas on the Network Plans without BT’s prior written agreement. The Customer must request pull through service under Schedule 8A for Sensitive Areas.
9.4 BT reserves the right at any time to refuse entry and re-admission to, any Site or Facility, any person who in BT's opinion is nsuitable to be engaged in, or continue to be engaged in, carrying out work in accordance with this Agreement.
9.5 BT reserves the right to challenge the Customer Personnel whereby they may be compelled to explain what they are doing in a particular Site or Facility if a BT employee is unsure whether they are entitled to be there.
9.6 The Customer shall not, nor allow any Customer Personnel to, use or remove from the Site or Facility any BT owned equipment, facilities and materials, without specific written notification and permission from BT.
9.7 The Customer shall give full co-operation to BT to investigate any breaches and suspected breaches of security in relation to this Agreement.

PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. A. Complaints Against Personnel
1. All parental/public complaints will first be conducted through administrative channels with attempts of resolution at the lowest possible level. When a complaint is made by a party concerning a teacher’s conduct or other activities relating to the teacher’s employment duties, the administration shall discuss the matter with the employee. The discussion shall include details of the complaint and identification of the complainant. If the matter is not resolved at this level, the administration may commence an investigation as to the authenticity of any information related to the complaint. No complaint will be placed in the personnel file of a bargaining unit member unless:
a. A conference was held including the complainant or designee, the staff member, the principal or immediate supervisor of the staff member, and the employee’s representative. The staff member shall be given at least three
PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. 5.1 INTRODUCTION
1. In the event that the Activities involve the undertaking by UNOPS of any activities relating to personnel, the provisions of this Section 5 of Annex II shall also apply.
PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. I.01 An employee may complete a Standing Application Form indicating their interest in positions of a regular or temporary nature elsewhere in the ambulance service and their application shall be considered as though it had been made at the time of posting when a permanent vacancy occurs or the Employer fills temporary vacancies. The request will be valid for a period of six (6) months.
I.02 It shall be the duty of the employee to notify the Employer promptly of any change in address. If an employee fails to do this, the Employer will not be responsible for failure of a notice sent by registered mail to reach such employee.
I.03 Should an error of less than $75.00 (net pay) occur on a pay cheque attributable to the Employer, the Employer agrees to correct the error no later than the following pay day. Errors of over $75.00 (net pay) will be corrected within two (2) working days of employee's notifying their manager.
I.04 The Employer shall provide, on a quarterly basis, January 1, of each year, a list of all employees in the bargaining unit indicating their names in alphabetical order, their last known address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, status job classification and department name. This list is provided to the local CUPE Executive exclusively for Union record keeping purposes. The Employer shall provide the above information for all new employees in the notification referred to in Article 5.02.
PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. A. All Personnel
1. All personnel are responsible for carrying out their assigned duties in accordance with the established Board policies.
2. If a TB skin test is positive, and an X-Ray is needed, the Board of Education will pay for the needed chest X-Ray. Known reactors may forego TB skin tests.
3. Existing employees will be used for substitute work before going to the substitute list.
4. Employees who are required to attend in-service meetings will be compensated up to four (4) hours annually.
5. When a substitute xxxx, secretary, or head custodian is needed, the position must be filled by an aide, or assistant, except in cases exceeding more than five (5) consecutive days which will be filled on a seniority basis.
6. The Board agrees to pay any non-certified employee who is substituting in a position other than his/her regular classification at the rate of Step 3 of the classification into which the employee is substituting, or the employee’s current rate of pay, whichever is higher, for all hours worked in that position.
7. The Board agrees to pay any non-certified employee working in a position other than their regular job, after five (5) consecutive workdays in that position, the higher rate of the two jobs for all hours after the fifth (5th) consecutive day worked in said position. This does not apply to any changes in jobs/positions due to vacation days of absence.
8. A period of 120 days of employment during the contract year is required for advancement on the salary schedule. Retirement eligibility shall be determined by SERS.
9. All vacations shall be arranged with the Superintendent of Schools and be taken preferably during the months of June, July and August.
10. All personnel shall record all time worked as designated by the Treasurer. Time shall be approved by the immediate supervisor in the manner designated by the Treasurer. Overtime will be calculated at the end of each week and paid at the following pay period.
PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. 6.1 In relation to CP Personnel who are assigned by the Communications Provider to carry out activities in relation to the Service, the Communications Provider shall ensure that:
6.1.1 the CP Personnel are appropriately accredited, trained and qualified to perform work;
6.1.2 if BT reasonably determines that the continued assignment of any CP Personnel is not in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, it immediately removes any member(s) of the CP Personnel from any Site or any Facility, provided that BT has first contacted the Communications Provider requesting the removal or replacement of the identified member(s) of the CP Personnel.
6.2 The Communications Provider shall ensure the CP Personnel comply with any BT policies and codes of conduct relating to access, security, safety and works regulations and identification as notified to the Communications Provider from time to time which BT may reasonably require when they attend a Site.
6.3 The Communications Provider shall (and shall ensure that the CP Personnel shall) not access or tamper with any part of BT’s Network and shall not damage any BT Equipment.
6.4 BT reserves the right at any time to refuse access to any Site of any person who in BT's opinion is unsuitable to be engaged in, or continue to be engaged in, carrying out work in relation to the Service.
6.5 The Communications Provider shall not, nor allow any CP Personnel to, use or remove from the Site any BT owned equipment and/or materials, without specific written notification and permission from BT.
6.6 The Communications Provider shall give full co-operation to BT to investigate any breaches and suspected breaches of security in relation to this Contract.
6.7 The Communications Provider shall issue to all CP Personnel who are engaged to carry out work in accordance with this Contract, including foremen and agents, appropriate identification.
6.8 The Communications Provider shall be liable for any act or omission by CP Personnel in relation to any activities not pursuant to and in accordance with this Contract and as a consequence xxxxx or causes losses to BT or third parties.
PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. Copies shall Termination Pay
