POSTING LIMITATIONS. The Company will continue with the current procedure of posting only PL3 and Trades job vacancies. The Company will include request for placement in Production Specialist (PL2) vacancy forms in each individual Annual Shift Selection Package. Job vacancies will be posted for a minimum of five days, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
POSTING LIMITATIONS. You also agree not to post, upload to, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through the Site and the Services any of the following: (i) any message, data, information, text, music, sound, photos, graphics, code or other material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, racist, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, discriminatory, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable; (ii) content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law; (iii) content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party; (iv) content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (including without limitation Neverland), including without limitation the use of a pseudonym, or misrepresenting your current or previous positions and qualifications, or your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present; (v) unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising or solicitations; (vi) private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and credit card numbers, unless that third party has expressly consented to such use;
POSTING LIMITATIONS. NDC. A member is limited to posting and selling 15 containers of any generic NDC and 15 containers of any brand NDC over a rolling 12-month period. Certain antiretroviral and oncology NDCs are limited to 5 over a rolling 12-month period. At the time of posting, the marketplace will restrict the quantity allowed for that specific NDC after calculating the sales history and current open postings in the marketplace. For example: Quantity sold of generic NDC 123456789 within the past 12 months = 1. Quantity currently for sale by Seller (open posting) of NDC 123456789 = 4. Total allowed for new posting = 10 (15 allowed – 1 sold – 4 currently posted).
