POSTING OF ANNUAL VACATION SCHEDULES. Not later than March 20th in each year, the Employer shall post in each department an annual vacation schedule which shall set forth the periods of annual vacation entitlement which have been selected by those employees who had filed written applications by the last day of the immediately preceding February, and whose applications had been approved by the Employer.
