POSTING OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. A copy of these rules and regulations must be posted on the job site in a manner allowing easy access by all workers. It is Contractor’s responsibility to instruct all workers, including subcontractors, to familiarize themselves with these rules and regulations.

Contractor acknowledges that Landlord has granted a license to the Tenant and it’s contractors to enter the premises on 20 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx to perform work on Tenant’s leased premises. In consideration of this license the Contractor enters the premises at its own risk and shall have no claim against the Landlord or Landlord’s contractors for bodily damage or damage to property suffered while on the premises. Contractor accepts responsibility for the above-mentioned risk. Furthermore, in consideration of permission granted by the Landlord to access the Leased Premises for construction by Tenant’s own contractors, Contractor agrees to abide by all of the foregoing rules and regulations.
