Common use of Posting of the Seniority List Clause in Contracts

Posting of the Seniority List. a. Copies will be distributed to the Surrey Teachers’ Association and the Surrey Teachers’ Association's representative(s) in each work place by January 31 and June 30 of each year, showing seniority to the end of the previous month. b. Errors in the seniority list must be brought to the attention of the Superintendent’s office within thirty (30) calendar days of the list's publication. c. Corrections shall be effective as of the date of notification and shall be included in the next publication of the seniority list.
