Common use of Postponement - Hearing Clause in Contracts

Postponement - Hearing. A hearing at Step 1 may be postponed by mutual agreement of the union representative and the Labor Relations Director or designated representative involved. A hearing at Step 2 may be postponed by mutual agreement between the Local Unit President and the Labor Relations Director or his/her designated representative.
