Postponement Seeking Informal Resolution. (1) The grievant may, in the written grievance at the initial filing (Step 1 or Step 2), request the postponement of any action in processing the grievance formally for a period of up to thirty (30) days. The initial request will be granted. During this period efforts to resolve the grievance informally will be made.
