POWER CART RENTALS. The member agrees to assume all risk of loss or damage to motorized golf carts rented or borrowed from the Club as well as the risk of injury to the Member or other persons and damage to other property arising from the use of the golf cart. The Member will take all precautions to avoid loss or damage to the golf carts, damage to other property and injury to persons including to the Member arising out of the use of golf carts. In the event of any loss, damage or injury, the Member agrees to hold the Club harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect of such loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused. The Member agrees to indemnify and reimburse the Club for any liability, costs or expenses imposed by law upon the Club for any and all such losses.

POWER CART RENTALS. The tournament Organizer and individual player will be responsible for the use of the golf carts and will be invoiced for any damage to the power carts during the tournament event. DRESS CODE - ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR GOLF ATTIRE: Jeans, gym shorts, swimwear and tank tops are not permitted. We are a soft spike only facility - metal spikes are not permitted. Running shoes are acceptable. Credit Cardholder Signature: MAKE AN ENTRY FORM for your Tournament including the following: Don’t do all the work yourself! Arrange a committee to register your players and help prepare for the event.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Thirty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($36,846.26). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.   • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Telephone Allowance Employees on travel status who are required to obtain overnight accommodation shall be entitled to claim for one (1) fifteen (15) minute telephone call home to or within British Columbia, for the first night away and then for every three (3) consecutive nights away thereafter.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.
