Common use of Power Engineers Clause in Contracts

Power Engineers. (a) Subject to the recommendations of the Provincial Workload Study Committee, the Power Engineer classification covers employees employed on a job where a Power Engineer's license is required as a condition of employment and shall cover the performance of whatever custodian duties are assigned to such an employee by the District, provided that such duties shall not exceed two-thirds (2/3) of the normal duties of a Custodian and are not contrary to the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Act and/or Regulations.
