Dry Cleaning Allowance. Employees in the Passenger Services Category who have uniforms which require dry-cleaning will receive a dry cleaning allowance of ten dollars ($10.00) per month.
Dry Cleaning Allowance. (a) All employees shall receive a three hundred dollar ($300.00) dry cleaning allowance payable January 15 of each year.
(b) The dry cleaning allowance shall be issued in a separate cheque, January 15 each year, and whereas it is a non-taxable payment in accordance with the Income Tax Act , no deduction shall be made therefrom.
(c) No receipt shall be requested or required for payment of said allowance.
(d) The allowance shall be made in a lump sum to all employees irrespective of the amount of time worked prior to January 15 of each year.
(e) Casual employees shall receive the lump sum dry cleaning allowance January 15 of each year based on twenty-three dollars ($23) per month (to a maximum two hundred and seventy-five dollars ($275) for 12 months) for each month or fraction thereof worked from January 15 the previous year.
Dry Cleaning Allowance.
(a) Each employee shall be allowed the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) per annum, or a pro rata portion where applicable, by way of a dry cleaning allowance, which amount shall include any amount actually paid for cleaning and pressing on an emergency or ad hoc basis; the said sum of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) to be paid on the first day of December or the nearest pay day in each year.
(b) In addition, each employee who is a member of the Mounted Unit, shall receive an extra cleaning allowance of two hundred dollars ($200) per annum, or a pro rata portion where applicable to be paid on the first day of December or the nearest pay day in each year.
Dry Cleaning Allowance. Each sworn officer shall be allowed the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) per annum, or a pro rata portion where applicable, by way of a dry cleaning allowance, which amount shall include any amount actually paid for cleaning and pressing on an emergency or ad hoc basis; the said sum of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) to be paid on the first day of December or the nearest pay day in each year.
Dry Cleaning Allowance. On December 5, 2018, the City shall reimburse the members for a pro-rated amount of the dry cleaning allowance at rate based on $50.00 per month and based on the date the new dry cleaning provision becomes effective. The City shall enter into a contract to provide dry cleaning for bargaining unit members. The contract shall provide for pick-up and drop-off services at the police department once per week. In addition, members may drop off and pick up items at the dry cleaning facility. Members may use this dry cleaning for any uniform items including clothing worn by members in plain clothes assignments that require dry cleaning.
Dry Cleaning Allowance. The Employer agrees to a ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLAR cleaning allowance per year for all Transit Operators. This allowance shall be paid to the Employees on or before the 15th day of December. Both Parties agree that Employees must actually work a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) days each year in order to be entitled to a dry cleaning allowance.
Dry Cleaning Allowance. (a) The Board will provide cleaning services to all members granted a permanent clothing allowance, with the following maximums: - 1 (one) shirt per working day;
- 1 ( one) pair of pants per week;
- 1 ( one) sport or suit jacket every 2 weeks; and
- 1 ( one) overcoat every month.
(b) The Board will provide cleaning services to all members who are required to wear a uniform in the performance of their duties, with the following maximums: - 1 (one) uniform shirt per working day;
- 1 ( one) pair of uniform pants per week;
- 1 ( one) uniform tunic every 2 weeks; and
- 1 ( one) uniform nylon jacket every month.
(c) It is understood that members absent on either sick leave or Workers' Compensation benefits for a period in excess of four consecutive weeks will not be entitled to the benefits provided pursuant to Subsections 6.3(d), 6.4(a) and 6.4(b) for the duration of such absence.
Dry Cleaning Allowance. 30.01 All employees will receive a dry cleaning allowance of nine ($0.09) cents per regular hour paid (minimum of $65.00). Such allowance to be paid on the first pay day after September 1, on a separate cheque.
Dry Cleaning Allowance. Employees will receive a dry-cleaning allowance up to a maximum amount of $100.00 per year when substantiated by receipts for cleaning costs of Company-issued work clothing.
Dry Cleaning Allowance. The Employer shall provide one hundred dollars ($100.00) dry cleaning allowance to all full-time employees and fifty dollars ($50.00) to all part-time employees. This shall be paid out in November of each year to the employees.
