Power of the Authority to undertake works. The Contractor , but shall not be responsible for rectification of any Defects, but the Contractor shall carry Defects of Works carried out maintenance of such works after completion of Defect Liability Period of work by other person or agency during the remaining period of this agreement without any extra paymentagencies. (ii) 13.5.2 The Works works undertaken in accordance with this Clause 13.5 shall conform to the Specifications and Standards provisions of this Contract Agreement and shall be carried out in a manner that minimises the disruption in operation of the Project HighwayProject. The provisions of this Contract Agreement, insofar as they relate to Works and TestsWorks, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Works works carried out under this Clause 13.5.
