Pre-Development Period. The Pre-Development Period shall begin at the Commencement Date and lasts until State approves a Development Plan, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, or five (5) years have elapsed, whichever comes first. During the Pre-Development Period, Lessee shall: a) Submit a Development Plan b) Conduct all necessary studies for Solar Project; c) Obtain and provide State with copies of all required permits, licenses, permissions, consents and approvals and, upon request, supporting documentation; d) Provide evidence of a Cultural and Archaeological Resources survey, if necessary. e) Perform activities required by the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) lead agency to obtain a threshold determination and, if required by project, a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) threshold determination and propose actions for addressing mitigation identified by these processes. State may require supporting documentation be provided for work performed by or for Lessee. Lessee shall obtain State’s prior written approval for any ground-disturbing activities. Upon submittal of a complete Development Plan pursuant to the terms of Section 4.03, Development Plan, below, State shall have thirty (30) days to review Development Plan and respond to Lessee with any needed changes or additions. Lessee shall submit a revised Development Plan, if required, to State addressing State’s concerns. State shall have thirty (30) days from submittal of the revised Development Plan to approve, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.   • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.
