Pre-operational Support. The proposal shall describe how the Offeror will provide pre-operational contractor support to include management and control processes. The proposal shall describe the support resources (e.g., spares, personnel, data network, etc.) to be provided for contractor development test, training, user/operational test, and LD. The proposal shall describe how the Offeror will provide to the government access to pre-operational support data, e.g., list of spares, repair parts, consumable type parts.

Related to Pre-operational Support

  • Operational Support Systems <<customer_name>> shall pay charges for Operational Support Systems (OSS) as set forth in this Agreement in Attachment 1 and/or in Attachments 2, 3 and 5, as applicable.

First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.

  • FINANCIAL SUPPORT 3.1 The financial support is calculated following the funding rules indicated in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide.
