Common use of Pre-Paid Leave Plan Clause in Contracts

Pre-Paid Leave Plan. A18.01 The number of nurses eligible to participate in the prepaid leave plan in any given year will be no more than twenty-four (24) full-time nurses and twenty-four (24) part-time nurses and not more than one (1) per unit except in units of more than thirty (30) full-time and part-time nurses combined, in which case there may be no more than two (2).
