Common use of Pre-submittal Conference Clause in Contracts

Pre-submittal Conference. The Construction Manager-at-Risk shall schedule a conference with the ODR no later than one (1) week prior to submitting the GMP to the Owner. Issues regarding the required materials to be included in the GMP should be reviewed so that there is a clear understanding of the format and contents of each division of work to be submitted. The Construction Manager-at- Risk shall obtain a copy of the “Standard Schedule of Values Format” from the Owner. Additionally, a review of acceptable “General Condition” items, as defined in the Agreement, is required.
