PREAMBLE AND PURPOSE. 1.01 The general purpose of this agreement is to establish and maintain orderly collective bargaining relations between the Corporation and its employees, to make provision for prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees who are subject to the provision of the agreement. 1.02 Whenever the singular, masculine or feminine is used in this agreement, it shall be considered as if the plural, feminine or masculine has been used where the context of the party or parties so requires.
