Pregnancy, Childbirth, or Related Medical Condition Leave. An employee may request an unpaid leave of absence for a disability due to pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions. The allowance, length and terms of this leave will be governed by state and/or federal laws. Such leave shall not exceed four (4) months unless a longer period is legally required.
