PARKING/TRANSPORTATION. Section 14.5(a) The Employer will subsidize the monthly cost of an Orca pass for any employee who takes public transportation covered under the Orca card to or from work ninety percent (90%) of the days they are scheduled to work. The employee will pay a percentage of the cost of a monthly Orca Pass based on their salary pay range, as listed below. For employees who are qualified for a reduced-fare transit pass, the subsidy will be 100%. If an employee loses their card for any reason, it is the employee’s responsibility to replace the card and that cost will be through payroll deduction. Ranges 14-26 = 10% paid by employee Ranges 27-32 = 20% paid by employee Ranges 33-47 = 30% paid by employee Section 14.5(b) PARKING All parking charges relate to the building at 0000 X. 00xx Xxxxxx. Employees who want to guarantee they have a parking space every day can purchase a space in the underground garage at twenty dollars ($20.00) per month when space is available. If more than one person is interested in a space, we will draw the name out of a hat.
PARKING/TRANSPORTATION. The Company agrees to continue paying the complete cost of parking for the duration of this Local Wage Supplement.

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION. There is ample complimentary parking for all guests. Guests will be directed to park at the Xxxxx Circle near the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx House - in event that parking fills up then guests will be directed to park in the main visitor parking lot. Starting one (1) hour before event starts shuttles will transport guests from the parking areas to the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx House throughout the event and is included in the contract fees. The gravel lot located behind the house is reserved for the Planner and caterer only. All other vendors and the wedding party must park in the designated Wedding Party/Vendor parking lot next to the Xxxxx Circle. Vendors and wedding party members are highly encouraged to carpool as space in this area is very limited. No cars may be left onsite overnight (any cars left must be moved to the main parking lot.) Any cars left at the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx House may be subject to towing, at the owners expense. If transporting guests on buses please note the largest bus able to pull back to the house is a 38 passenger / 40’long bus – larger buses are unable to negotiate turns around the oak trees, therefore no exceptions can be made. If a larger bus is used then all guests will be dropped off at the main Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Landing parking lot and shuttled to the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx House (which can cause delays.)

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION. Parking will be paid one hundred percent (100%) by the Company. Employees who do not require a parking pass will be compensated the cost of the parking minus five dollars ($5.00) for public transportation. The payment will be made on a monthly basis.

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION. Section 13.6(a) The Employer will provide an Orca card for any employee who takes public transit and works twenty (20) hours per week or more. The Orca card is to be used for work purposes only.
PARKING/TRANSPORTATION. Subject to all matters of record, Force Majeure, a Taking (as defined in Section 19 below) and the exercise by Landlord of its rights hereunder, Tenant shall have the right to park in (a) 47 reserved spaces in the parking garage located in the Project in the locations shown on Exhibit E and 19 non-reserved spaces on the surface parking lot in the Project, in each case subject to Landlord’s reasonable, non-discriminatory parking rules and regulations consistent with this Section 10 and payment of $230 per month during the Term for each garage parking space and $170 per month for each surface parking space and (b), in addition, until the Surrender Date, 11 reserved spaces in the parking garage located in the Project in the locations shown on Exhibit E and 3 non-reserved spaces on the surface parking lot in the Project, subject to payment at the rate of $273.64 per month during the Term for each garage parking space and $179.17 per month for each surface parking space (collectively, the charges in clauses (a) and (b) are referred to as the “Parking Charges”). Commencing on December 1, 2015, and continuing thereafter on each December 1st of each year during the term of this Lease thereafter (each, a “Parking Charge Adjustment Date”), the Parking Charges provided for in clause (a) of the preceding sentence shall be increased by multiplying the Parking Charges payable immediately before such Parking Charge Adjustment Date by 3% and the Parking Charges provided for in clause (b) of the preceding sentence shall be adjusted to market rate, each such increase not to exceed 5% of the amount paid for the immediately preceding year (each such percentage, a “Parking Charge Adjustment Percentage”) and adding the resulting amount to the applicable Parking Charges payable immediately before such Parking Charge Adjustment Date. The Parking Charges, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Landlord shall give Tenant written notice indicating the Parking Charges, as adjusted pursuant to this Section 10, and Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to any underpayment of Parking Charges by Tenant within 30 days of Landlord’s notice to Tenant.
