Preliminary APM Design Criteria Package. (COMPLETED) A preliminary APM Design Criteria Package (DCP) will be submitted to GOAA staff for review about midway through the DCP preparation process. The preliminary DCP will include general form and content for early review and input by GOAA to ensure the documents reflect GOAA’s general procurement approach for the Project and any technical or program issues are identified and addressed. Legal input will also be sought regarding the form and content of the general provisions as appropriate. It is anticipated that the form and content will be largely the same as that provided for the BP-S100 APM OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) FOR AIRSIDE 1, AIRSIDE 3, AND SOUTH AIRPORT APM COMPLEX Phase 1 project. Orlando International Airport Airside 2 & 4 APM Systems Replacement Project Proposed Scope of Work for Specialty APM & Passenger Rail Systems Consultant Services – Programming and Procurement Following the receipt of the initial GOAA and legal review input/direction, it is expected that the various sub-parts of the DCP will be submitted to GOAA separately, and as they approach a further level of completion to facilitate an informed review. In addition, regular meetings will be held with GOAA staff to actively and real-time inform on issues and to seek policy direction as appropriate. The goal is to develop and submit for review documents that have integrated feedback received at various levels of completion.

  • Preliminary Design Phase During the Preliminary Design Phase, the CONSULTANT shall, if requested by the CITY and accepted by the CONSULTANT as part of a Services Authorization:

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Schematic Design Documents In accordance with the approved Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and based upon approval of and comments made by the Owner regarding the Concept Design Studies, the Design Professional shall prepare and submit to the Owner Schematic Design Documents, including drawings and outline specifications. These documents shall represent a further development of the approved design concept, providing additional detail and specificity regarding the intended design solution. Typically, all such documents shall be drawn to scale, indicating materials and assemblies, as appropriate, to convey the design intent and to illustrate the Project’s basic elements, scale and relationship to the Site. All major pieces of furniture and equipment to be fixed or supplied by the CM/GC shall be illustrated to scale. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2007, Sections 6.3, 8.2 and 8.3 for guidance on information which is generally developed in Schematic Design.)

  • Design Criteria The Engineer shall develop the roadway design criteria based on the controlling factors specified by the State (i.e. 4R, 3R, 2R, or special facilities), by use of the funding categories, design speed, functional classification, roadway class and any other set criteria as set forth in PS&E Preparation Manual, Roadway Design Manual, Bridge Design Manual, Hydraulic Design Manual, and other deemed necessary State approved manuals. In addition, the Engineer shall prepare the Design Summary Report (DSR) and submit it electronically. The Engineer shall obtain written concurrence from the State prior to proceeding with a design if any questions arise during the design process regarding the applicability of State’s design criteria.

  • Schematic Design Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Preliminary Design § 4.3.1 Upon the Owner’s issuance of a written consent to proceed under Section 4.2.3, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit a Preliminary Design to the Owner. The Preliminary Design shall include a report identifying any deviations from the Owner’s Criteria, and shall include the following:

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Motion for Preliminary Approval The Parties agree to jointly prepare and file a motion for preliminary approval (“Motion for Preliminary Approval”) that complies with the Court’s current checklist for Preliminary Approvals.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
