Common use of Premium Compensation Clause in Contracts

Premium Compensation. Designated bilingual employees shall be paid a premium compensation in the amount of $125 per month for bilingual pay. Bilingual pay will be payable at the full monthly rate in any month a designated bilingual employee is on paid status at least half of the month. If a designated bilingual employee is on unpaid status or has been placed on paid administrative leave for more than half of the month, the bilingual pay will be reduced by half.
