PREMIUM PAY HOLIDAYS. Overtime (Time-and-a-Half) Pay for Recognized Holidays Employees who are assigned on an hourly basis to work on Holidays listed in Section 16.1 shall receive their regular rate of pay calculated at overtime pay rate of time-and-a-half regular pay (1.5X) for hours worked on those days.
