Preparation Weeks. The Stage Manager shall be engaged not less than four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of the first full company performance in a season. The Artist may be engaged for less than a full engagement week at the beginning of or termination of the engagement period provided such period is consecutive and does not exceed four (4) days. If the Artist is engaged for more than four (4) days, the Artist must be paid the full weekly contractual fee. All Equity Stage Management personnel shall be paid one sixth (1/6) of their contractual fee for each day or portion thereof on which their services are required prior to the commencement or after the termination of their contracts.

  • Preparation Period During the preparation period, a teacher will have no other assignment except in an emergency situation. It is recognized that the preparation period is a scheduled part of the teacher's work day and the teacher is expected to be in his/her respective Building. If the teacher must leave the Building during his/her preparation and/or lunch period, he/she must notify the Building switchboard operator.

  • Preparations No more than three (3) preparations per professor per term shall be the goal of the District and the Association. If more than three (3) preparations are necessary to meet particular needs of students or to meet the unique needs of a department, such additional preparations will only be assigned by the appropriate administrator following discussion with all affected members of the department. When such additional preparations are necessary, they shall be distributed equitably among department members.

  • Preparation Time 1. Each full-time elementary teacher shall receive 100 minutes of preparation time per week scheduled in accordance with the Previous Collective Agreement.

  • Proposal Preparation The contractor shall assume all costs associated with preparation of proposals for task order awards under the proposal process as an indirect charge (B&P costs). The Government will not reimburse awardees for proposals as a direct charge.

  • Negotiation In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the affected party shall notify the other party, and the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the matter within ten (10) days after the date of such notice (the “Notice Date”). Any disputes not resolved by good faith discussions shall be referred to senior executives of each party, who shall meet at a mutually acceptable time and location within thirty (30) days after the Notice Date and attempt to negotiate a settlement.
