Preparing Full Proposal. Under the CDA, COMPANY and Applicants will share such information as they each deem necessary to provide in order for the Applicant to prepare, with the COMPANY’s advice if the Company so provides, a full proposal. COMPANY or the Applicant may determine at any time prior to submission of a full proposal to NIH not to proceed with the full proposal and COMPANY shall have no further obligations with respect to such application.   • Independent Audit The Grantee shall submit, in a format specified by the department, the independent financial compliance audit prepared by an independent Certified Public Accountant for the previous fiscal year. The audit shall follow the General Grant Requirements of Sections VIII (F) and (G) and be submitted no later than March 1 of the current fiscal year.

  • Union Negotiating Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Negotiating Committee that may include, as determined by the Union:

  • Negotiating Teams The Board, or designated representatives appointed to serve on its team, will meet with representatives designated by the Association for the purpose of establishing procedures for negotiating and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements. Each party's negotiating team shall consist of not more than five members.

  • Mediation Results Any agreements resulting from mediation shall be memorialized in writing. The results of the mediation shall not be final or binding unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties.
