Negotiating Team definition

Negotiating Team means the negotiating team established for the mill.
Negotiating Team means a group of Members selected in accordance with the By-Laws to negotiate a collective agreement with the employer.
Negotiating Team means up to six (6) members of DUTA who represent teachers in negotiations. The names of the members of the negotiating team shall be submitted to the Superintendent prior to the commencement of negotiations.

  • The maximum number of Central Negotiating Team members entitled to payment under this provision shall be ten (10), and in no case will more than one (1) full-time nurse and one (1) part-time nurse from a hospital be entitled to such payment.
