Common use of Prescheduled 9-Hour Workdays Clause in Contracts

Prescheduled 9-Hour Workdays. Nine-Hour Shifts: The employer may by mutual agreement with the employee pre-schedule a weekly schedule of at least two nine (9) hour workdays. Employees prescheduled to work 9-hour workdays shall be paid at time-and-one-half her/his straight-time pay, including shift premiums, for all hours worked in excess of 9 hours within a payroll day or 40 hours in a payroll week.
