Common use of Prescription Safety Eyewear Clause in Contracts

Prescription Safety Eyewear. The Employer agrees to reimburse any employee fifty percent (50%) of the cost of prescription safety eyewear up to two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) according to the following criteria: The employee must provide a copy of the prescription and receipt for the safety glasses. The employee must have worked twelve hundred (1,200) hours with the Employer for the first reimbursement.
